    List of Ingredients




    1 15 oz can mackeral
    1 Tbl lemon juice
    3 Tbl minced parsley
    4 Tbl flour
    2 eggs
    3 Tbl grated onion
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Drain the fish and remove skin and bones. Flake fish with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Fry in butter on both sides until firm and browned.
    Serve topped with a thin white sauce with a hint of nutmeg if desired
