2 (3 1/4 0z)cans minced clams
1/4 C cream
1 1/2 C cracker crumbs
1/4 C chopped celery
1/2 C melted butter
1/4 C chopped bell pepper
salt

Drain clams, reserve liquid. Add clam juice to cream to make 3/4 C. Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter. Grease individual baking cups. Place a layer of crumbs in each, then a layer of clams, a layer of bell pepper, celery, then milk mixture. Top with crumbs, salt and paprika. Bake in 350 degree oven 10 minutes. serves 6
