Make old time boiled icing. Take out 3 T of it and spread the rest over the cake and down the sides. To the 3 T reserved icing add 2 oz melted unsweetened chocolate squares. Pipe this icing over the cake in quarter inch strips about 1 inch apart. Then draw a knife across, through the strips at 1 inch intervals. This gives a wavy marbled effect.
