    1 egg white
    dash salt
    1/2 C fruit or mint jelly

    In double boiler, over hot water beat ingredients 4 minutes at medium speed. Stop machine once and scrape sides. Serve with in 2-3 hours after making. Enough icing for a 2 layer cake.
