Recipe Introduction

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

List of Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 C milk
2 T melted butter +2 T
1/2 C flour
1/2 tsp salt


Recipe

Beat eggs, add flour, and salt. Add milk, and then cooled melted 2 T butter.
Melt 2 T butter and add to a skillet to cover bottom and sides. Pour in the batter and bake 20 minutes.
Serve with syrup, fruit, etc.... and sausages.
