1 small head cabbage
1 egg, beaten
2 T bacon fat
1/4-1/2 C vinegar
1/4 -1/2 C sugar
dash salt
Recipe
Shred cabbage into a small amount of water. Add bacon fat while cooking.
Blend egg, sugar, vinegar and salt. Heat.
Add some cabbage and bacon fat while cooking to prevent eggs from curdling.
