Recipe Introduction

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

List of Ingredients

6 eggs
3/4 C flour
2 pinches salt
1 C milk (divided)
1/2 stick butter, melted


Recipe

Melt butter in the oven in a 9x13 inch glass pan. Keep the pan hot.
Meanwhile beat eggs.
Add flour and 1/2 C milk to eggs. Add the melted butter, remaining 1/2 C milk and salt. Mix together and pour into the heated pan. Bake at 450 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
Serve hot with various toppings such as applesauce, sour cream, jam etc....
