    3/4 pound rice flour
    1 pound powdered sugar
    10 eggs

    Recipe



    Beat the egg yolks with the sugar. Beat whites stiff and fold into sugar mixture a little at a time. Season with 2 T brandy and nutmug if desired. Pour bater into cake pans and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
    For a jelly roll pan, bake at 375 degrees F, for 15-20 minutes
