    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 C barley flour
    • 1 egg
    • 1 T butter
    • 1/8 tsp salt
    • 1/2 C warm water


    Instructions


    1. Combine flour and salt. Add the egg and butter. Mix. Gradually add water, just enough to make a stiff but soft dough. (You might not use all the water) Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
    2. Cut the dough in half and roll out very thin on a lightly floured board. Cut in thin strips. Dust cookie sheet with flour, cover and dry 2 days or more.
