List of Ingredients

4 Eggs
1 1/4 C sugar
6 C milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 C half and half
1 T vanilla extract
2 bananas, chopped
1 10 oz jar maraschino cherries, drained and chopped


Recipe

Beat eggs with electric mixer at medium speed until frothy. Gradually add sugar, beating until thick. Add milk and salt. Mix well. pour egg mixture into a tiny saucepan, and place over low heat, cook, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated.
Combine egg mixture, sweetened condensed milk, half and half and vanilla, stir well. Add bananas and cherries.
Pour mixture into freezer can of 1 gallon ice cream freezer. Freeze according to manufacturers directions. Let ripen at least 1 hour. yields about 1 gallon.
