    Pops, Frozen Banana

    List of Ingredients

    8 ozs semisweet chocolate
    4 firm ripe bananas
    1 C chopped dry roasted peanuts

    Recipe

    Melt chocolate over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm. Cut bananas in 1/2 crosswise and insert a wooden popsicle stick in wide end of each. Dip in chocolate. Freeze on waxed paper for 3 hours
