Broccoli Gratinati (broccoli gratin)

Recipe Introduction
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Serves 4
List of Ingredients
2 pound head of broccoli
2 C Bechamel sauce
1/3 C freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 T wheat germ
2 T butterRecipe
Trim the broccoli and break into florets. Cut stems into bite size pieces. Steam until tender, 8-10 minutes.
Prepare the Bechamel sauce. remove from heat and whisk in one quarter cup of the cheese.
Pour some of the sauce into the bottom of a shallow casserole. Top with the broccoli, then add remaining sauce.
Combine the remaining cheese, and wheat germ. Top the casserole with this.
Bake at 375 degrees F. for 25-30 minutes, or until top is golden.
