    2 C milk
    2 C water
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 1/2 C stone ground polenta
    2 T butter

    Recipe



    combine milk and water in a large saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
    Gradually add polenta, whisking constantly to prevent lumps. add butter. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring constantly, 25-30 minutes, until thick.
