List of Ingredients

1 (15 1/4oz) can baby green lima beans, drained
1 1/2 C cubed ham
1 tsp adobo sauce from canned chipotle peppers
1/2 C diced onion
1 garlic clove, pressed
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 C grated, peccorino-romano cheese
1/2 C half and half


Recipe

Combine all and bake in a casserole dish at 325 for 30 minutes.
