    Beef Brisket, Microwaved

    List of Ingredients

    1 brisket, about 3 pounds
    Water
    Spice Packet
    1/2 onion, chopped
    Anything else that sounds good like celery tops, garlic etc...

    Recipe

    Place in a 2.5 to 3 quart bowl with 1 cup water and micro on high for 15 minutes.

    turn the brisket over and add 1/2 C water. micro on high for 30 minutes.

    Turn the brisket again and add 1/2 cup water, micro for 20 minutes.

    Turn the brisket and add 1 cup water and micro for 15 minutes.

    Let cool 15 minutes and remove the brisket to a platter. Cool until you can slice it without it falling apart. Strain and save the water for a gravy or a stock.
