    List of Ingredients




    2 apples
    1 can sauerkraut, (1 lb, 11 oz)
    2 C diced baked ham
    1/4 C firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 tsp cinnamon

    Recipe



    Pare apples; quarter, core and slice thin.
    Drain liquid from sauerkraut. Mix with ham, half of the apples, and 2 tablespoons of the brown sugar. Spoon into a buttered 6 C baking dish.
    Arrange remaining apples, overlapping, on top. Mix cinnamon with remaining brown sugar, Sprinkle on apples.
    Bake, 350 degrees, 1 hour, or until bubbly hot
