    Ham and Potato Scallop

    List of Ingredients

    4 C sliced, peeled, cooked potatoes
    2 C cubed, cooked ham
    1 can (1 pound) small boiled onions
    2 C milk
    3 Tbl flour
    2 Tbl butter
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper

    Recipe

    Make 2 layers each of the potato slices, ham and onions in a shallow 8-cup baking dish
    Combine milk, flour, butter, salt and pepper in a small saucepan; cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and boil 1 minute; pour over layers.
    Bake at 350, 40 minutes, or until bubbly hot. Sprinkle with finely cut chives if you wish.
