Lamb and cabbage

List of Ingredients
1 pound lamb cut in cubes about 1 inch square
olive oil
1/2 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 grinds on the pepper mill
new Potatoes to serve 2
1 bell pepper, diced
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp chili powder
1 C water
1 T lemon juice
1 T Dijon mustard
1 small head cabbage, cut in large squaresRecipe
Dredge the lamb in the flour, salt and pepper. fry in the oil until browned on all sides. add the water and stir until a gravy forms. Add rest of ingredients and cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes and cabbage are just tender. If necessary add water if it becomes too dry. The gravy will just coat the ingredients without too much left over.
