List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 C grated onion
1/2 C finely chopped celery
1/2 C evaporated milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2/3 C three-minute oats
1 tsp. salt
3/4 C catsup
6 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1tsp. dry mustard
Recipe
Combine first 7 ingredients, salt and 1/2 cup catsup in bowl; mix well. Press into greased muffin pans. Combine brown sugar, remaining 1/4 cup catsup, nutmeg and mustard; mix well. Spoon over meat loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Yield: 6-8 servings.
