2 1/2 pounds pork loin cut in 1 inch cubes
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Recipe
Sprinkle combined seasonings over pork cubes. Toss until well coated. Grind and stuff into casings. (or use as bulk sausage).
