ASTRID'S FISH BALLS

List of Ingredients
5 Ibs. Sturgeon or Ling Cod, ready to grind
1/2 pound potato flour
1/4 tsp. ginger
I tsp. nutmeg
3 medium sized onions, ground
2 quarts milk
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. mace
Salt to taste (2 tblsp.)
Recipe
Grind meat (fish) 5 times, then add the potato flour and spices. Add milk gradually, beating with hand. Fry or boil by the tablespoonful.
