List of Ingredients




4 egg yolks
1 C butter
2 hard boiled egg yolks
1 C sugar
2 C flour
1 tsp almond or vanilla extract

Recipe



Mix 4 egg yolks and sugar 10 minutes. Mash hardboiled egg yolks-crumble butter and flour. Mix all ingredients. Roll out in small rings, dip in beaten egg whites and sprinkle with coarse sugar. Place on cookie sheets and bake light brown. Keep in a cool place before baking and remove as baked.
