List of Ingredients

6 egg yolks
1 T melted butter
1/8 tsp salt
6 T cream
about 2 C flour
6 T sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom


Recipe

Beat eggs well. Add sugar and mix well. Add other ingredients using only enough flour so dough can be easily rolled out.
Roll out thin and cut in diamonds. Make a slit in center of each cookie and draw lower tip of diamond through it to form a "knot". Deep fat fry at 370 degrees F. for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar.
