Sunday morning coffee cake.

List of Ingredients

1 C sugar
1/4 C butter
1/2 C milk
1 1/4 C flour
2 eggs, beaten separately
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt




Recipe

Cream butter and sugar. sift flour with salt, add egg yolk to milk. Then add liquid and flour alternately. Whip egg whites and fold in. Pour into well greased baking pan. Sprinkle top with mixture of 1/4 C sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 C chopped pecans. Bake 30 minutes at 350.

Var; you can add 1/2 C raisins and 1/4 C chopped citron if desired to the batter.
