    6 eggs, well beaten
    2 C sugar
    1 C whipping cream
    1 C butter, melted
    1 tsp nutmeg
    3 1/2 C flour

    Recipe



    Combine sugar, butter, eggs and whipping cream. Beat until smooth.

    Test on hot krumkake iron. Place a teaspoon of batter on iron and bake to a very light brown. Remove with knife or spatula and roll quickly on a cone.

    Makes 10 dozen
