    1/2 C butter
    2 eggs
    1 C raisins, chopped
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/4 tsp ginger
    1 C sugar
    4 T sweet cream
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3 1/2 C flour

    Recipe



    Cream butter and sugar. add eggs and cream, beating well. Add flour sifted with soda and spices. add vanilla and then the chopped raisins. Chill dough. When ready to bake roll small pieces of dough to form wreaths. Spread following egg mixture over top of cookies.
    1 egg white, beaten
    4 T sugar
    1 T cream
    5 T shredded almonds
    1 tsp cinnamon
    Bake at 350 degrees F. for 12 minutes.
