    2 1/2 C white flour
    2 1/2 C whole wheat flour (or graham)
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1/3 C sugar
    3/4 C butter
    1 1/2 C buttermilk

    Recipe



    Mix all but the buttermilk as for pie crust. Add buttermilk.
    Take a piece about the size of an egg and roll very thin.
    Bake on high heat on lefse griddle.
    Let cool individually before storing
