    5 eggs
    3 C milk
    1/4 pound butter
    pinch salt
    pinch sugar
    Flour

    Recipe



    mix ingredients, adding flour last, to make a thin batter. Fry in butter, in a large skillet or pancake grill, very thin. Turn quickly. Spread with sugar and roll up.
