    Norwegian Stew

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 C raw beef, diced
    1/2 pound raw pork diced
    1 1/2 C cooked corned beef
    1 onion
    1/2 tsp pepper
    salt to taste
    4 C raw potatoes, cut up

    Recipe

    Place raw beef and pork in pan with enough meat stock to cover and let simmer 1/2 hour. Add cut up onion, seasonings, corned beef and potatoes. Simmer for 1/2 hour, or until the meat is tender.
    Serve with vegetables and a salad.

    Var;
    Another version of this omits the corned beef and uses diced salt pork, cooked with the raw meats
