    List of Ingredients




    7 C flour
    1 C quick oats
    3 C mashed potatoes
    1/2 C soft lard
    1 T salt
    1 1/2 C cold water

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Knead until smooth. Roll real thin as you would other lefse and bake on griddle. This lefse will crisp. When ready to use, dip in hot water to soften. Spread with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
