Pare and boil potatoes as if you would serve 8 to 10 people. When done, drain well and put through ricer. Add 1/2 cup milk then add enough white flour to make a fairly stiff dough. Be careful not to put in too much flour.Knead well. Roll out as for pie crust , very thin. Bake on top of stove on both sides.
