1 cup tapioca
Cloves the size of a pea
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbls. white vinegar
1/2 cup stewed prunes
6 cups warm water
1/2 cup raisins
2 cups plum or strawberry preserves
Recipe
Boil tapioca in water until clear. Add fruit and spices. Add vinegar last. If boiled slowly no more water need be added. Boil for 1-1/2 hours. Serves four.
