1/4 c rice or sago
6 C water
3/4 C raisins
sugar to taste
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 C cream
2 egg yolks, beatenRecipe
Add rice to boiling water, then add raisins. Cook until well done. Add lemon juice, sugar and cream which have been well blended. Add beaten egg yolks gradually. Remove from fire.
