    Not just for weddings. On wedding anniversaries use amount of rings for each year. Birthdays also. Decorate with flags, ribbons, edible flower or fruit decorations.

    List of Ingredients




    1 C butter
    1 C powdered sugar
    2 egg yolks
    2 1/2 C flour
    1 tsp almond ext
    1/2 C almond paste

    Recipe



    Sift powdered sugar, add butter and cream thoroughly. Beat in egg yolks. Stir in flour, extract and almond paste. Mix until very smooth. Put dough in cookie press. Make templates on paper in progressive sizes of circles and cover with wax paper. Pipe a circle on each wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees F. until a delicate brown. Cool. Frost each with almond flavored frosting. Stack in pyramids and decorate.

    Frosting;
    3-4 C powdered sugar
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp almond extract
    1 tsp lemon juice
    Combine and pipe onto cakes in a zig-zag fashion.
