    2 1/ C almonds
    2 T butter
    1/8 tsp Chinese spice powder
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    5 T soy sauce

    Recipe



    Sautee almonds in the butter over very low heat. Sprinkle with spices and add soy sauce. Stir until nuts are dry.
