Spiced Mixed Nuts

List of Ingredients
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1 tsp water
1 8oz jar dry-roasted peanuts (1 2/3 C)1/2 C whole blanched almonds
1/2 C walnut or pecan halves
3/4 C sugar
1 T pumpkin pie spice
Recipe
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine egg whites and water. Add nuts, toss to coat. Combine sugar and pie spice, sprinkle over the nuts and toss until well coated. Place nuts in a single layer on lightly greased jellyroll pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. Transfer the nuts to wax paper, cool. Break up any large clusters. Store in a covered container.
