    2 C pecans or walnuts
    1 T egg white
    1/4 C sugar
    1 T cinnamon

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350.
    Mix the nuts and egg white, stirring until nuts are coated and sticky. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over nuts, stirring until evenly coated. Spread on an ungreased baking sheet and bake 30 minutes.
