Jerky Stew
Source of Recipe
Native American
Take about 3 pounds of jerky and sear. When it is nicely seared, grind it on a grinding stone that is flat, using a smaller oval shaped stone to pound it or rub it into bits. When the meat is as fine as you want it, place a little flour on it, place in a pan of hot water to boil. Add about 1 tablespoon of fat and cook until fairly tender. Serve while hot with tortillas.
