    Peppers Stuffed with Sausage

    List of Ingredients

    Bell peppers
    bulk sausage
    bread crumbs
    mushrooms
    celery

    Recipe

    Prepare peppers for stuffing. Saute the sausage. Add an equal amount of bread crumbs as you have of sausage. Slice in some mushrooms and celery. Stuff the peppers and bake at 300 degrees F. for one and one half hours.
