    1 pound of chocolate
    1 pound of rice flour
    1 ounce of arrowroot
    1 quart of milk

    Recipe



    Pulverize the chocolate and combine dry ingredients. put it in a jar.
    Heat the milk, and to each 5 ounce cup of milk, add 1 heaping tablespoon of the chocolate mix. Stir until it boils again.
    Serve with sugar and cream to taste.
