    Albacore and bowties

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 7-ounce can albacore tuna
    • 2.25 oz can of sliced black olives
    • 1/2 C chopped onion
    • 2 stalks celery, chopped
    • 3/4 C sliced wild mushrooms
    • 1/4 C diced red pepper
    • 1/4 C chopped parsley
    • 2 T flour
    • 2 T butter
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp white pepper
    • 1 tsp dry mustard powder
    • 2 C milk
    • 4 drops green Tabasco (opt)
    • 3 C bowtie pasta


    Instructions


    1. Cook bowties according to package directions. Saute vegetables. Make a sauce of Butter, flour, salt, pepper, mustard, milk and Tabasco, if using. Combine all and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
