    Chicken Stir Fry

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 pounds chicken in 1/4 inch slices
    • 3 T hoisin sauce
    • 1 T cornstarch
    • 1 1/2 tsp 5 spice powder
    • 2 C pineapple slices
    • 2 T oil
    • 2 T minced ginger
    • 3 ribs celery. sliced
    • 1 red pepper in strips
    • 1/2 C chicken broth
    • 2 tsp rice vinegar
    • rice or noodles


    Instructions


    1. Combine chicken, hoisin sauce, cornstarch and five spice.

    2. Cut pineapple into 8 wedges.

    3. Heat oil on high heat, Saute ginger, celery, and bell pepper for 1 minute. Add chicken to skillet and stir fry for 4-5 minutes, or until no longer pink. Add pineapple, broth and vinegar, cook 1 minute, stirring, until sauce thickens and pineapple is heated through.

    4. Serve on rice or noodles.
