    Egg roll wrappers, cooked

    List of Ingredients

    2 eggs
    2 3/4 C water
    2 C flour

    Recipe

    Make a batter of above ingredients. Beat until smooth. Grease a 7 inch frying pan with a very little amount of oil. Heat pan, pour a little batter into the pan to cover bottom. Leave on the heat just enough to set, about 1 minute or less. Remove from pan and continue making the rest of the wrappers. Make them as thin as possible.
