    Mushroom-Turkey Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 pounds cooked turkey, cubed
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tblsp butter
    1-2 tblsp flour
    1 C turkey stock
    1 tsp prepared mustard
    1 onion sliced in rings
    3 tblsp sour cream
    1 C chopped mushrooms
    3 tblsp minced chives

    Recipe

    Brown the meat or use leftovers. Make a sauce of the next 4 ingredients. Bring to a simmer, add remaining ingredients. Heat through. Serve on boiled potatoes, broad noodles or rice.
    Var; use beef, pork, lamb or chicken in place of the turkey.
