    Use your favorite biscuit recipe.
    Brown 1 pound ground beef and add onion, and diced celery. Saute. Add 1-2 tsp tomato sauce or paste and liquid as necessary. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Add chopped olives if desired. Simmer 10-15 minutes.
    Roll out biscuit dough in 4 inch circles. Place half on a cookie sheet. Place meat mixture in center and put biscuits on top. Crimp edges to seal.
    Bake at 375 degrees F. for 25 minutes. Place a slice of cheese on top and bake another 2 minutes.
    Var;
    Cook 1 pound ground beef, 1/2 of a chopped onion, garlic, salt and pepper 3 minutes. Add a little tomato sauce and 1/4 cup sour cream. Place on the biscuit halves, top with rest of biscuits and bake at 400 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
    Or,
    Mix minced onion and/or bell pepper, salt and pepper with the ground beef. Form patties. roll dough to 1/8th inch thick in 3-4 inch circles. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
    You can also make thin patties and fill with 1-2 tsp feta or blue cheese. Crimp edges and place between the dough.
    also try a thin slice of onion with tomato and cheese and broil 10 minutes each side then place in biscuits and bake a few minutes
