* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 4 ounces softened cream cheese
* 3 tablespoons butter








Recipe



1. 1 Make a pastry by sifting together the dry ingredients, cutting in the butter and working it together with the cream cheese.
2. 2 Roll out 2/3 of the pastry and line a 9-inch pie dish.
