    2 oz unsweetened chocolate
    2 T butter
    1 1/2 C shredded coconut, toasted or plain
    2 T hot milk
    2/3 C sifted confectioners sugar

    Recipe



    Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler, stirring well to blend. Combine hot milk and sugar and add to chocolate mixture, stirring well. Add coconut and mix. Spread on bottom and sides of greased 9 inch pie plate. Chill until firm. Fill with chiffon filling or what ever else desired.
