    Also known as "never fail" pie crust

    List of Ingredients




    2 C all purpose flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 T sugar
    Sift together.

    3/4 C shortening

    1/4 C milk
    1 egg yolk
    1 Tablespoon lemon juice
    Mix together.

    Recipe



    Blend the sifted dry ingredients and the shortening until grainy. Add the mixed liquid ingredients. Blend gently until you can make it into a ball. Cover and let stand 10 minutes. Roll as you would any pie dough.
