    1 C finely crumbled, Ruskets
    1/4 C butter
    1 tsp whole wheat flour

    Recipe

    Mix together and press firmly into bottom and sides of pie pan. Bake in 400 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Chill and fill with filling.
