    Yeasted Tart Dough

    3/4 C warm milk
    1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
    3/4 tsp sugar
    1 1/2 T olive oil
    2 1/4 C all-purpose flour

    Recipe



    Combine milk, yeast and sugar. Set aside until foamy, about 5 minutes. Stir in salt and oil. Gradually stir in flour to a stiff dough. Knead the dough on a lightly floured board until smooth and elastic, 7-8
    Oil a large bowl and place the ball of dough in it, rolling the dough half way so the oiled side is up. Cover and let rise until doubled. (1 hr).
    Punch dough down and roll out to use for tarts. Bake according to the individual recipe instruction.
